Same problem. May have mixed up the download installs for the DLC and game version update. I'm re-downloading the 1940 DLC to reinstall....

Success! It works from the Windows Start menu, not from Steam.

I have noticed that it makes a big difference which setup file I open first. Best example is the third game: Karjalan Kesa T. I opened the GE file first and designed my forces anticipating a forward Russian defense. Had I opened the Russian setup file first, I would have realized it was a "Race...

Never mind. I just researched that the merging of the SCW DLC and the PC 2 campaigns will be covered in the soon to be released Axis Operations DLC. Looking forward to it. A great fun game to play!

Spanish Civil War DLC - carry over units to Poland 1939

How do I have access to the units I had at the end of the Spanish Civil War campaign? I completed the campaign, started the Poland campaign, and had only base units. Thanks.
