Also, note that if your attack fails, the enemy can move away while retreating, and attack anything else on it's retreat path, while you wont be able to catch up on them. i'd resume everything with : build more FOBs and use them to train ANA.

so far, it always worked. I start a new game, check where i'm going to make FOBs, and aim for 70 H&M by turn 60. Minimizing us and maximizing ANA.

I have found another workaround : if you scroll the camera around slightly, sometimes it frees up just enough space so that you can click the FOB.
