Cannot Download Firepower Pack

I just bought this DLC pack and when I hit the download button it says Download not available.
I purchased 2 other DLC's for other games and they downloaded out a problem.
Any help would be great.

StormBoyz Bug

I have had the game freeze up three times now. It happens when a StormBoyz unit hits it jump packs and is about to be hit by overwatch fire. I have been playing Planetary Supremacy using the Battle Sisiters. The StromBoyz do not get fired on and just hang there in the air.
