My opponent surrendered during the deployment phase (no idea why). Now the game opens for me, shows I win but then always fails to send my turn to the server (not that i got to do anything!). It is sitting in my list of games to take a turn and I can't complete it.

I agree - the overtime between us was completely unexpected and I was just lucky my unit reached the VP first and your unit was 1 tile away! A draw would have been better or to base the result on the game score at least.

Certainly makes sense to me what you are saying.
