Depending on the colour of the name of the city in the main map and in the empire screen, you have jobs available, workers available etc etc. So it is already there, though it doesn't tell you you have new workers with a message, it does show it with a simple and very effective change of colours ...

nvr played legion but based on the gates of troy experience, some parts of the UI can be improved, i'll list some here and check whether have ur implemented it ;)

1.clicking on a city to select the visiting army, then clicking on the icon to create new stacks seem a little too much ;)

Sort of, we're in redesign right now because of the shift from online to boxed game, so there is more of a story and one player campaign being introduced.

We're working on the forum but so far all attempts to change the style have failed!
