Order of Battle - Crashes

My Order of Battle has been crashing for a while - possibly after the latest update. I have tried several times re-installing (both Steam & the PC) but I get the same crash. It crashes as soon as I select the "Play Order of Battle" button. I have attached the Error and Crash Dump files...
