I just purchased a few DLCs for the Order of Battle WW2. The DLCs have downloaded but the free Order of Battle did not. I tried a number of times. I cannot play the DLCs without it. I have downloaded the free tutorial in the past from Steam and GOG.I am at a loss as to what to do.

OK. I tried disconnecting my computer from the internet and that seems to solve the issue. Still, not sure how I will be able to get any updates but that is minor.

Problem solved. The third disc sent by Slitherine solved the problem. Evidently the other discs had some kind of error. So, it is all good !
