i can't launch pbem....gives an error message telling me to update for winter scenarios, but when trying to download the update just says ftp error and keeps pointing me to the winter thing....trying to sell the product is fine, but c'mon....little help here...

all websites for patch, appear unavailable, or moved

i can't get my pbem battles to launch...logs in o.k. but won't launch my turn....any ideas
