OOB WW2 don't show

I can't make a screen shoot or report an error code. Nothings is show on my HP pavillon G6 with windows 10.

Oups! deleted the settings folder and now woking.

No show Order of Battle

Hi!
I don't know what hapend but i closed my computer yesterday after i quit OOB. This morning i start everything and i launch OOB and the only things happend it's a black windows. When i stop the programm i retrive my desktop.

I have a laptop HP pavillon g6. What's wrong?
