So Victory Conditions state: Hold Four Objectives. I held Mosul, Kirkuk, two Baghdad objective hexes and 3 UK airfields radar towers destroyed. Result, however, was Loss. WHY?

I have played four Crusader games now. The first worked well and I did not encounter any quirks. Then I had two games in which, I accomplished the victory conditions etc. but Lost...I just finished a fourth game and got a Victory , although I seemed to meet conditions for Triumph. What is happening?...
