I know that winning the game is dependent on getting the most points. But is there an option to win by eliminating opponents. That would be much more fun. Thanks!

I just bought this game on my iPad and want to play the simplest level. I am playing against the ai and cannot seem to select opponents who have the single star next to their title. They are all grayedmout. How do I select the easiest ai opponents?
