So far I have reinstalled Windows 10 (reformat and fresh install), made sure the drivers are current, and reinstalled Order of Battle: Pacific. On a completely fresh system and with a brand new install of the game I can run the game once flawlessly. When trying to start it again I get the same error...

The game installed successfully and I updated to the latest version. I was able to run it just fine and completed the first two tutorials. I quit the game and powered down the computer. I tried running it the next day and it crashes at startup every time. I uninstalled and reinstalled just as before...
