How to reset tutorial messages?

Hi, I would like to reset all the tutorial messages so I could see them all again when playing tutorial campaign but even uninstalling/re-installing the game doesn't seem to help. It only shows the messages I haven't been viewing earlier. I also deleted Panzer Corps folder under Users\Files\My Games...
