Having a lot of trouble getting user developed MP games to be recognised by BA

Except I have all of the MP games I manually downloaded all in the same location and only a couple are visible in the game.
I just can't figure out why game will work and another will not

Your manual notes refers to user.txt but this doesn't exist in my BA install?

I have 13 multiplayer games I have been playing daily against online opponents but suddenly over the last 3 days all activity has stopped. Is there a problem?

Starting last week, when I am trying to save a from a Multiplayer turn and load to the server I get an error message "Unable to connect to server".
I can load games fine but the saving is just not working
