What does the different color hexes around a commander signify. A bonus to those hexes of some kind. I didn't notice anything in the manual describing it.

I enjoy commanders purchasing them seems fine. Does the game have the ability to generate them randomly? But I still like to earn them in the secondary missions as well.

ok just some comments, +Adding color to the small strategic map(and symbols) makes it much easier to find things, particularly airports. +fuel depots add a unique ability to a unit, extra fuel . very clever idea +game play seems well balanced even with extra units added +the music is varied and so f...
