Looking For Order of Battle Patch 6.1.7

I just received my download of Allies Defiant. After downloading it I was informed that I needed to install the comprehensive update 9.0. So I downloaded it, and was informed I needed to install update 6.1.7. I don't see this in my list of updates and want to know how I go about getting it. Any help...
