I got the hotfix to work. It patches default to program files/x86/etc... If you have the steam version, you need to redirect the hotfix patch to program files/steam/steamapps/common/oob pacific to get it to work. I am back to playing and having fun! Now what? Continue playing? Game is still thinkin...
