Completed American Rouge Mission Pre 1.11

After update Bill is now locked again.. As if I had not completed the Rouge Campaign.

Added Run as Admin and in Compatibility mode for Vista(SP2).

Seems to have fixed the problem.

Every time I attempt to start the 3rd Tutorial mission the game crashes to desktop. Right after the cut scene.
