The game will now run from steam. As of yet the freezing issue has not reoccurred. I will give an update when the issue starts again.

The game is set on a separate drive from my primary steam library. It is with all my games and other files and there are no problems such as this with any other games of any graphic value.

I got this game on steam recently. It is version 1.23 Steam. I am still having issues starting the game thru steam games.
