i forgot to report about this bug from my earlier entente gameplay but
When i attacked a german convoy in the atlantic with a french submarine the north sea blockade got established but britain had not joined the war yet

Just finished my first game as entente on balanced,it ended on juny 1917 Serbia got rekt early 1915 when bulgaria joined and knocked it out but i held tirana with a french garrison until 1916 germany invaded thru switzerland,stalemate until the end,eastern front i managed to capture eastern prussia ...

what does influence do?
i have 100 influence on the netherlands but their relations is still the same

what are counted a "non generic events" because sometimes it says 0% special events but i can still get events like french doctorine changed,french army of africa, britain delivers dreadnoughts etc edit: how many diplo points can you generate eachturn,and will the point cost always rise fo...

should i wait for the upload or start my game?

Will 4.1 work if i already installed 4.0?

by the way is there still "automatic events", and do they include choices
