somehow managed to make it work, after bunch of restarts and steam permission changes:

- restarted steam at user level (it was running with admin permissions), while keeping Pandora .exe files with admin permissions
- the game worked
- restarted steam back with admin permission
- the game worked ...

Game used to work for me some time ago, wanted to get back to it today and now it doesn't :(

Tried all:
- disabling firewall
- disabling avast
- starting all as admin (including checking compatibility of .exe files to run as admin)

Nothing works, I keep getting this error, any ideas?
