Hi, I was wondering if the rules in chapter 98 "Major Power Free General(s) at Scenario Start" are only valid in the individual scenarioes or if you are granted the (in example) '42 generals in 1942 if you are playing the '39 scenario? Or do I just have to buy them if not granted from the ...
