I have tried to type the number in manually but it isnt working.

I am trying to download patch 1.1 but it keep saying invalid serial number.

The number is correct because the game is registered.

I have been trying for 3 days to download version 1.1 and v.12.

I copy and paste the serial number from the order form and it says invalid serial number?

Is there any way around this?
