Is there a way to edit the stock campaign?

Is the editor only able to create "new" scenarios or can you edit the stock scenarios?

Disregard. It could not have been easier and i just totaly missed it.

1. On opening screen click settings.
2. Select "use windows graphics scaling" (which i am guessing helps with text sizing).
3. Change resolution button
4. Scroll to resolution and select "run"
5. All set

I have a high resolution screen (3840x2160). The game text and almost everthing about it are tiny, blurry, and unreadable.

Is there a way to change the game resolution so that it is playable on high res screen?
