I have never been able to find a way of seeing the combat upgrades for an enemy army.

I'm speaking of the Armor Guild, Shield Guild, etc. advantages. I can see my own, Armor bonus 1, 2, etc....

Is there any way to see the enemy combat bonus's before a battle?

What does having an alliance do for you? Never saw this answer in the manual.
