Hi,

I just bought MHCEAW Gold Edition from your online store today and the download was interrupted a couple of times and I had to resume it.

Now when I try to download it I get the message "Sorry, Too many download attempts: 10. You were allowed to download only 5 times. If you have any questions, please contact Digital River Customer Service at CustomerServices@digitalriver.com."

Please help !

Sorry you are having problems. Normally thats is more than enough attempts and it is designed to stop unfair use, but in your case it has obviously stopped you too soon. Can you mail your order details to info@slitherine.co.uk and we'll sort you out.
