Hello, I have Pentium Gold 5420 3,8 ghz
8 gb ram
GTX 1650 4 GB
is it enough to play PC 2 on high resolution with majority of details on high ?
Your processor I am not familiar with. Is it a mobile CPU? Being a turn based game, I think this game is more demanding of the graphics card than the CPU
You meet the recommended amount of RAM, so there you should be good so long as you're not running other programs at the same time.
Your GPU is adequate, barely meets the recommended about of VRAM, but I think it will be hard pressed to play with max settings. You might have to turn some down a bit and even then it will be blowing like a commercial air condition unit.
Overall, I would say yes, you should be fine, but I don't think you'll be able to play with everything maxed out graphically.
