Hi Team Fantasy General!

I got my beta invite July 13th however when I tried to activate my personal Steam Key I am getting a message saying that this is a Duplicate Product Code and that this Steam Key has been activated by a different account. I have no idea what is going on here. How can I get some assistance? I am happy to forward my beta invite via E-Mail if you need further confirmation. Hope to hear back from you. Thank you!

there should be a contact person on the email, then email /pm them, and they will sort it for you
