1. Working skins for all factions
2. Skin's ability for air (necessarily :!: :!: :!: ) and naval units

Ok, so this has been fixed?
Was it a bug ? I made the test with 7.1.5b3.
I would say that skins are unit specific and not faction specific. The faction is determined by the name of the skin (eg "_land_germany"). For testing, better use "all".

Skins are working with WaffenSS using "all" for factions (7.1.5b3) :

Edit : I just made the test with 7.1.4, there is no problem with WaffenSS skins !
