Not sure what else to do with the list since it is fairly dull... what do you think of this?
Inspired commander 80 pts
Troop commander 35 pts
2 x 4 brother knights 2 x104 pts
2 x 4 crusader superior knights 2 x 92 pts
3 x 4 LH Turcopole 3 x 28 pts
6 order spearmen 42 pts
6 order crossbowmen 42 pts
6 subject foot archers 30 pts
6 subject crossbowmen 36 pts
4 mounted crossbowmen 44 pts
4 unprotected handgunners 16 pts
= 799 pts

2 generals is not enough.
3 BG of knights should be enough.

IMHO
3xBG of Brother Knight, 1 BG Vassal Knights, minimum
Lots of turcoples
This will cover any open ground. You have subject foot that can cover rough going, just a pity its mostly poor.
Then I should really add it up.
The main thing is, concentrate on what your army is good at

I might dump the IC in favor of two more TCs. Two generals is probably not enough, and the net +2 you have for your PBI isn't enough to give you a good chance at either terrain control or first move.

I do actually get +3 pbi, but i see your point.
Another option is to drop 2 bases of crossbowmen, make the 4 remaining average instead and go for field commander + 2 troop commanders, an idea which i actually think i fancy.

Playing with 5 BG of Knights is cool and surely beautiful, but you should ask what to do with them
- against medieval armies with a lot of spearmen or pikes (eg : medieval german)
- against medieval shooty cavalry armies (eg : russian and lithuanians)
I didn't received the book yet, so I don't know what you could have to replace some Knights BG but 5 is too much and too expensive.

5 BG:s of knights might work (since 3 of the are drilled) - 2 commanders are worse (well Ogglas used a IC + FC combo once that worked, but that was with FF covering the mid third of the table).
vs pike/spear you def.sp. wont do much anyways and vs shooty cav = secure one flank, swing the line a bit and push them of table with the knights.
