I can log in here just fine, but not at the Matrix site. Support gave me a new password that did not work either. I need that because I can't update a beta I am testing nor post a problem I'm having with a game I just downloaded. Support stopped responding to me. Any help out there?

ftp site works and beta version is 100% working and tested, just downloaded it again my self, try a different browser, i used Chrome but also tried Edge in windows 10, both work with user name and password given, good luck

Have you open a Matrix tech support ticket or a Slitherine ticket?
