Greetings,

I can not get Heroes of Normandie to load on my computer.

The install program keeps asking me to input the serial numbers printed on the DVD, but when I input those exact numbers and click next,
I keep getting the message "Invalid Serial Number"!!!!

HELP!!!! Can someone in Tech support contact me and please tell me how to fix this. Thank you.
