I want to build a new unit like a new with a new Panther M10 icon i found in this forum so I go to the Unit editor create a unit slot in the equip file that I'm using and give it all its statistics like speed, "fuel","ammo", "Hard attack" initiative and so on and so forth then I go to the "Unit Traits" section of the Editor and select the different traits for this particular unit like "rott" or "nonpurchace" ,No Upgrade and so on .... so my question is why am I not seeing the newer traits like "Camo", "Kamikaze" ,"rocket" and so on like I see mentioned in other form posts I have all the latest game updates up to 1.22 Is it maybe the mod I'm using with the (GME) is an older frame work and not allowing the newer traits??? what do you think??!?! Im just trying to understand :? :( :?: :?: :?:

any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes, youre better off editing the equipment file in notes++.
Just copy the stats of the panther rename and renumber it and state what png to use.

Oh, and don't forget to edit the efx file as well. Otherwise you won't have sound for the unit.

Is there a trick adding the new trait like camo in notes++ to the unit string there dose not seam to be any rhyme or reason to placement of traits?!?!?

If you view the file with spaces and tabs visible, you can see where to place the trait.
I think it's two spaces after the in-game name.

Alternatively you can paste the file from notes to an excel file. That's a clearer view of the exact fields, and you can sort the lot.
When done select the fields, not the entire page, and paste it over the data in notes.

I don't think the traits need to be in a particular order.
