Artillery Delay

I think it would be very helpful if the artillery/air strike/smoke boxes indicated how long the delay will be for the strike, before you commit you the strike. Similar to the indicator that shows -3 turns until it is ready again, but +2 to indicate the smoke will take two turns to appear. You can learn through experience once you have committed a strike, but it would be easier just to show how long the delay will be for each box, especially for new players.
Also the large gray tank outline in the unit bar is kind of strange when the unit is not an AFV. I'm assuming that it is used to show damage with tanks, but it also is there with infantry units. I think new players might get confused enough about the transport system and what a truck is carrying without the tank outline. Maybe a detailed close up of the specific infantry unit would work better.
