[SUGGESTION] Pending launches/launch pad construction

One thing that I noticed in the game is when I schedule a launch nothing changes, I just end up back at the space complex screen again. There is no indication that I have scheduled any rocket launches and no indication that I will have anything to watch when I end the season. You know what would be really cool? Show a new rocket sitting on the related launch pad on the mission complex screen with steam coming off it. Now that would look awesome and would add some neat animation to this screen as well as giving you a reminder that you have a pending rocket launch. Even better show the rocket moving to the launch pad and then at readiness after a few minutes.
It seems to me that the various launch pads may relate to the various rocket programs you have going (manned, probe etc) so each pad could be used to act as a visual reminder that you have a launch pending for that particualr type of program. And maybe you could enable construction of the various launch facilities which would enable launching of a certain type of mission. Until you build that particular launch pad you cant schedule that type of mission program?
This screen actually is really interesting the way it gradually changes over time to reflect the increasing complexity of your space program, I love that. And I look forward to seeing some animation added. But I would love to see more stuff to construct and more feedback related to launch scheduling as well.
Either way though good job on this part of the game. One of the most lovely things about older Microprose simulations that I used to play was the way they would sometimes have these really nice animated touches to their GUI screens, and how you could often walk around the base and visit rooms or open drawers/doors in order to get to different parts of the game. I miss that kind of thing from many games these days.
