Guard Count Towards 1809 Main List Mins???

I remember seeing listed somewhere in errata, that French Guard bases counted towards the minimums in the main list when you brought a Guard Division into the list. Is that the case for all French lists? in particular, the 1809 list.

This is not the case, to the best of my knowledge.
The relevant errata says that, for the 1812 or Autumn 1813 Guard lists, you can choose to take either a Guard Infantry Corps, or a Guard Cavalry Corps, and the minima of the list of core troops for the option not chosen is reduced to zero.
The only amendment for 1809 Guard is that Polish Lancers do not have lances, and they cost 17 points a base.
If you attach a Guard Infantry or Guard Cavalry division to a 1809 Line Corps, this does not alter the minima of line troops still required by the Line Corps list (although the attached Guard division can ignore the core Guard minima requirements for the option not chosen).

Page 51: French Imperial Guard 1812: This Corps cannot be fielded in an 800pt game due to the high minima and points per base for the units in it.
ADD the following bullet point to the “customized Army” special instructions:
• When using this list for a points based game choose a core type of either infantry or cavalry. The minima for the type not selected are reduced to zero.
Page 81: French Imperial Guard Autumn 1813: This Corps cannot be fielded in an 800pt game due to the high minima and points per base for the units in it.
ADD the following bullet point to the “customized Army” special instructions:

Page 95: French Army Corps D’Armee 1805-1807 (Customized army)
5th Bullet point: “If used, all Imperial Guard .... “. ADD at the end: “Any imperial guard used count towards the minimum of the same troop type in the core list.”
7th Bullet point: REPLACE “this” with “the main”
