Battle Academy 2.3 Update

Not sure if I am posting in the right forum here but I am trying to get help with my Battle Academy game. I updated the game to 2.3 recently. Since doing so, it will not allow me to play any multiplayer games citing being unable to log me into the server. I am just looking for some direction as to what to do to get my multiplayer functionality back.
Thanks!

Moving this thread to the Battle Academy Tech Support forum.
Can you tell us what platform you are playing the game on please.
Cheers
Pip

What is the exact error message you get, and when do you see it?
Were you part of any of the beta programmes?
Cheers

I had no issues until I updated to 2.3. Once I updated, I clicked on multiplayer and got the following message: "The server has been unable to validate your details. Please contact the support forums at
www.slitherine.com". I can't seem to find anything on the site that will allow me entry back into my multiplayer games. I can access the solo games no problem.
Thanks,
Eric

Were you part of the Rommel or Husky beta programme? In theory it should make no difference, but I want to get as much information as possible.
What expansions do you have installed? That message is usually a serial number or registration problem.

I was not part of any beta programs. Also, I have not installed any expansions, just the main game. I hadn't used it more than 2-3 weeks I would guess.
Thanks,
Eric

If you could email
support@slitherine.co.uk with the details of your issue, they should be able to check if something has gone wrong with your registration.
