The map data is same, so you can keep old maps but not old scenarios.

thanks for the advice, scenarios was the problem, redone all work for my mod i want to playtest it before make into public to confirm that do not have it some bug or problem that makes the scenario unplayable, aside i think it needs a second install and maybe this discourage some players but i do have done changes on most of the /data/ txt files, units, general, tech, etc, so making the mod on the main install will show all scenarios working with my modded files and i do not want that, will advice it,
best regards,
alaric.

I noticed that the map had changed considerably, but maybe the changes were introduced in v1.03. I'm talking about adding river hexsides in straits, small lakes etc. So the Germans attacking Copenhagen from the island of Fyn (west of Copenhagen) will now attack across a river.
I also noticed the ports of Tunis and Beirut had disappeared. Probably to deny the French player a chance to send the garrisons there home to France. But especially the port in Tunis is vital for the future Allied invasion of Sicily and mainland Italy so I introduced them again in my mod. It's better to use house rules to prevent a player form emptying the colonies of garrisons.
