SERVER UNABLE TO VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS

I get the following error message
SERVER UNABLE TO VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS
I have registered the game and the additional packs. They show up as validated.
I can play the game fine and have updated the most recent update from the past week.
I contacted Support a few days ago........

How and when did you try and contact support? It might be the message didn't get through to them.
This message is usually an issue with a serial number or install, but if they are all registered (and I assume showing up on your My Page list of registered games) then that shouldn't be an issue.
I'll check into it.

I sent the email to support and they told me that they unregistered the game and had me register it again which I did. This was a few days ago. Since then I have had no reply to my follow up that the issue continues. Perhaps support is off on the weekends which is understandable. Hopefully I will get a response on Monday.
On My Page I see the 3 campaign paks that I purchased but not the actual game. I tried to register the actual game and got the message "already registered" but it does not show up on MY PAGE.
Regarding contacting support I did receive a ticket number for my inquiry so I am assuming that they received my email.
Is support open on the weekend? Just asking
What did you learn from "looking into it!"? I was hoping to play this game online this weekend.....

Hi yamamoto,
Yes, the support is off during the weekends. If you can send me a PM with your main game serial number, I can look up in the database what's happening.
I see the expansions' serials linked to your account but not the main one, as you are saying...

Support sent me an email 4 hours ago telling me to register my game LOL
I explained once again that I am unable to do so. I get a message telling me that the game is already registered.
I was hoping to play online......
