p96
So I troops within 2 MU of a crest of a hill can see maximum distance. But can only be seen by enemy within 6 MU.
So if the troops behind the crest fire at someone does that make the eligible to be shot back at by enemy artillery beyond 6 MU? I think the answerr is no. As it is not explicitly permitted.
And on p 97 under cover it specifically says troops can't be beyonw 6 MU unless firing out of the cover.
The real point is it says infantry behind crest may fire at medium and Close range. But it says artillery may only fire at close range. So I gather that artillery even though it can see cannot fire.
