Two Beefs with System (revisited)

1. Melees & Impact combat - hits should be a standard amount with little deviation is some is used. I hit for 2 dice, my opponent the same and I had 23 percent losses. He suffered 4 percent. Baloney. Fix this please.
2. Cavalry bow armies are too expensive. I have an army (Mameluke) that has Superior troops but when facing junk cavalry end up losing. Also Medium infantry that is Protected should be TRASH when hit by Heavy infantry with superior armor on level ground. Heavy infantry attacking uphill, however, should suffer more of a penalty. They were not good at attacking uphill.
Its ridiculous in this system when your opponent has 59 units, you have 39 and he is winning most of the combats ON LEVEL GROUND. It may have happened occaisionally but if we are going to be playing with POINTS then an army that has LESS units should be worth more in combat than the army with MORE units. Also artillery is too expensive for what they give. They may have been rare but that doesn't mean that they should be worth more. I rarely see them hit for more than 5 percent. And they are static thus are hard to defend.
All of this needs to be addressed in the NEXT update or I am done playing this game until it is fixed. Its silly and is driving people away from the game.
Yes, if a guy hits me on the flank or rear and my unit buckles - fine. But not to where I am losing in head to head combat with my Superior armored troops against his lousy Average padded vest. It is why I will no longer play against the Welsh with the English army. Medium infantry ends up holding too well against dismounted knights. Surround the knights? Yes, they should be able to swarm them. But not in head to head combat.
