German translation issues

Where would be a good place to report translation issues?

Things I noticed: In the training campaign, the player is adressed as "Oberst" instead of "Herr Oberst". Also the german voiceover pronounces "Korps" wrong. it is pronounced just like the English "corps" as "Kohr", The 'p' and 's' are silent.
Aside from that in the tutorial cities have no names. That is not such an issue, as it is probably wanted. But the cities should be labeled as "Stadt" (city). Instead they are labeled as "Fluss" (river), even if they are not even near any rivers.
