Original post before edit was my whining, sniveling and complaining about the problems I was having with getting my confirmation email and downloading the game.

Hats off to Iain for helping me out quickly and efficiently.

Everything is working now and I love the game so far.

Only thing left is to figure out how to change my username from Angry to Happy

I`me sorry you are having problems, I`me sure this will get solved by them personally, asap tomorrow morning when Slitherine is back in office, first time I see a problem like this with Plimus.

Sorry you are having problems. Can you let us know some details so we can look it up. Obviously we have had thousands of happy customers so this is a glitch in the system usually caused by a connection issue between you and the server. If you have an order number or the e-mail address you ordered from or your full name and address. The more info the easier it will be to locate. Mail this to iain@slitherine.co.uk and we'll sort you out as soon as we can.
