When I try to fill the serial number the setup windows close and I can´t start again.

Try to disable temporarily your anti virus software and try to install it again.

I have disabled the antivirus during download and install but the same thing happen. I I have tried to download and install the game in other machine (both XP SP3) and the same thing happen.

The install screen open once asking for the serial key. When I try to interage it closes abruptly and does not open any more.

I already have downloaded the game four times. The result is the same.

You know you're right. But that's a little dangerous. You need to know which are the native and the non native processes, which most of the people don't know. This is for people with already some technological level. You can end up by messing your system.

I download the game by two diferent connections (at home and at my office) and the same problem ocourred in two different machines.

Can you right click on the file and get the properties. Tell us the file name and the exact byte size.

Thats the correct file and file size. Can you give us order ID so we can look it up and work out where its going wrong.

My order ID is 60455006. I bought the boxed game.
