Are you using a download manager of any kind? I know Digital River can have problems if they are being used.
Cheers

Sorry you are having problems. Which part of customer support are you unhappy with?
You have already supplied your e-mail to digital river as there is no way to purchase without doing so and DR are the payment processor and download provider. Where exactly are you trying to download the file from?

A download manager is something like Download Accelerator Plus which attempts to download files and resume downloads etc for you. It is intended to make life easier but these days they often interfere with websites and their ability to serve files.
If you send your order number to us we will reset your download limit. You will need to disable the download manager before retrying though or it will just happen again. Hope this helps.

Hello.
Yesterday I bought the downloadable version of GBM.
During the download process, I had to interrupt and I tried again today and I get the following message:
"The server returned an error response: 403 = Forbidden. Aborting"
What do I have to do now?
thank you very much
