So it seems i can't get SOA because my download manager has used up the number of attempts.
I have written a mail to customer service regarding this but I thought I would just warn anyone else, if they buy SOA and try to use flashget or other "helpers", Don't!!!

My question now is, where does it say that i'm not allowed to?

with all the other patches and also ror there was never a problem.

Please, please, please
if you change the terms of downloading the products, state it somewhere clearly and with big red warning letters!!!

It's pretty much always been the case that Digital River doesn't play nice with download managers. I thought there was now a warning about it, but I could be wrong.

It might be that there were errors in this download which you didn't get before, and the downloader was a little too keen to hook up again.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheers

Pip

I had the same problem. :x

So I wrote to Your support service, too.

Please let me download my game, please.

Well if there is a warning somewhere, i'm officially blind :D
But as i said i have been using a download manager since fog was released without problems, so maybe the amount of people getting soa messed it up. I guess i was lucky getting 1.2.5 without problems :-)
Oh well, will just have to wait until you guys get to work tomorrow.

Anyone who has this issue should mail info@slitherine.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem. We'll get it sorted asap. It is best to try without a download manager but we are unable to customize the mails DR send out with download details.
