Afternoon,
I just ordered Great Battles: Medieval, and received an invoice and order number, but I have received no confirmatory e-mail indicating I can download.
Further, when I check my account, it shows no orders.
Can someone have a look, please?

Check your spam in case your spamfilter picked it up accidentally.
If not be sure Iain will be helping yo out first thing Monday morning when Slitherine`s UK office opens.

Thing that stinks is I shan't be able to play this weekend and this week will be murder...

I am chasing DR - they seem to have had a system wide issue. We will get it all sorted out ASAP. All I can do is apologise at this stage

OK...got the confirmatory e-mail...this is GOOD...

Still describes order as "submitted", however...no download link in evidence.
Issue persists?

DR say they have fixed the issue and everything should be running smoothly now. If anyone who was having issues can confirm that would be great.
