Cannot Play Multiplayer Game

Dear Support Team:

As of yesterday, I cannot log into my multiplayer game. It just returns an error message. I know my log in ID which is skonstans and I know I am typing the correct password. But it just gives me an error message. I did change internet providers 2 days ago and wonder if that somehow could be the problem.

Please help.

I have the same problem. Since Monday I can't enter multiplayer mode. The following message appears:
Failed to connect to server. Please check your internet connection.

I am from Russia.

I have the same problem as well at the same time "User haven’t logged in"
