I purchased both Commander games (Napoleon and WWII). The screen froze at the processing/notification screen, then timed out. When I got back to the site to check my order status, it did not show any orders. I checked my email first, then I checked the card and it was already deducted. How do I get to the download? Your help will be very much appreciated. I am a new customer. Thanks
