Hi Folks!

In the German language the AO campaigns cannot be read in the menu.

It becomes all the more confusing when there are more and more campaigns.

My monitor and game resolution is 2560 x 1440.

Is there a solution for this?

Since localizations come in a compiled binary form, we'd need to fix it on our end. Would it be acceptable to translate it as just "Operationen der Achsen" here? I would prefer not to change the UI layout and make it two lines for each name, because it will be less usable...

If you want to shorten it, Operationen der Achse would be better than Achsen, as Achse is the normally used short form. In this particular case the Achsen in the term Achsenmächte is possessive, not a plural of Achse; it refers to the powers belonging to the Achse.

Or just go for the OA acronym - leaves more space in the text box and remains distinguishable.

In the game settings in Russian, one of options is not translated.
It should be smth like

Since the heading "Operationen der Achsenmächte" is easy to read, the individual DLCs do not have to have this long word (in german language) in their names.

My suggestion would therefore be to name the individual DLCs in the German language as follows:

Operationen der Achse 1939
Operationen der Achse 1940
Operationen der Achse 1941
.
.
.

I think that would fit completely on one line.

Is this please possible Rudankort?

The new 1942 DLC has the same problem again as in post # 1 (lettering too long in german language).

At that time, it was agreed with Rudankort that the names of the DLCs would be adapted in German so that they can be read in the menu (otherwise they are too long and no longer legible).

Unfortunately, this hasn't been done since the 1942 DLC, it wasn't generally carried over into the translation.

Now we players in German have a mix of different spellings in the menu screen, which doesn't look nice.

Could this please be written uniformly again with the next patch (also for the 1942 DLC)?

Unfortunately, the name of the last DLC 1943 was not translated in the start menu, but the others are correct. Can it be fixed with the next patch please?

In the campaign selection, on the other hand, everything was translated correctly and completely, many thanks and great praise for that:

Yeaahhh!... that may be so!... but!... in 'French'... it would be at least twice more longer than that!. SOooo!,,, why-not try to use an abbreviated game-play-title [K.I.S.S.-Principle]... also with a nearby attached access point to peruse greater details/explanation of the 'TOTAL-EXACT-DESCRIPTION'... in 'Hideous-Detail!"... if one want's to see it!.
